It’s 2024… Can we tempt you with a new haircut?
There’s no better way to enter a new year than by revitalising your hair, whether that’s a quick trim, some new bangs, or a full-blown hair transformation.
Interested, but don’t know where to start?
Here, three of our stylists reveal their favourite haircuts of the moment.
Jaw-length bobs
“I’m all about going for it in 2024. The last few years have seen soft, longer looks come to the fore, but this year is all about statement hair. Think chopped, effortless styles and jaw-length bobs – the latter which are super versatile. They work great in a middle or side parting and can be worn slick and polished or super textured.”

Soft layers
“I’ve noticed more clients are embracing their length. Soft, natural layering through the back and lots of shape cut in around the front is an excellent way to revitalise long, heavy and lived-in hair. This cut lends itself to blow-dries, but also is works well when it’s air-dried or diffused if you’ve got naturally textured hair. Layers always bring out the best in your texture.”

Grown-out pixie
“Short hair is timeless, but for 2024 it’s all about a soft, grown-out pixie. Linda Evangelista in the ’90s is a great example, as is Winona Ryder and Halle Berry. Most recently, the model Taylor Hill had one cut in. They’re strong yet feminine and look really good with high-neck jumpers too.”
