RETURNS
You may return items within 28 days of placing your order. The item must be unused, in its original, untampered packaging. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a deduction may be made from your refund. Please note, return postage costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for items that do not meet these conditions. If an unsuitable item is returned, the customer is responsible for the return cost.
PROMOTIONAL RETURNS
From time to time, we offer free or discounted items as part of qualifying purchases. If you decide to return the qualifying item(s), any associated free or discounted gift(s) must also be returned in their original, unopened condition.
If the promotional item is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of that item from your refund. This ensures fairness where the original promotion no longer applies once part of the order is returned.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you receive a faulty item, you have the right to return it for a full refund. If a replacement is not possible – for example, due to product discontinuation – we will refund the full purchase price, including delivery charges and the cost of returning the item.

WARRANTY
Our electrical product warranties are valid only for products purchased from Hershesons in the UK. Please keep your original proof of purchase.
Our hairdryers are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in workmanship or materials.
Our Wand and Wavemaker have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in workmanship or materials.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Irons and wands are expected to last up to approximately 2,500 hours.
