Unless otherwise stated all rights, including trade marks and copyright, in this website are owned by Hershesons, our affiliates, our licensors and/or our suppliers in the UK, US and other countries and are protected by UK and international trade mark laws. You are permitted to print or download extracts from this website, provided that it is solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. However, you may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose and no part of this website may be stored in any other website or otherwise made available to the public without our written permission. If you breach these terms and conditions your permission to use this site terminates automatically and you must destroy any printed or downloaded extracts.

PRIVACY POLICY

Please read our privacy policy carefully as it explains our practices regarding the personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, or that will be processed by us.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to make a purchase through the Hershesons website or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our website you will be required to register. Your registration is for your own individual use and you are not permitted to share your user name or password.

When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, your name, telephone number and email address; you warrant that any information you submit is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You are required to notify us immediately should any of your details change.

When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details. You warrant that the payment details you provide are valid and correct and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

By ordering on our website you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and can lawfully enter into binding contracts under English law.

This website is directed solely at consumers who access it from the UK and currently we do not accept orders from non-UK residents. However, if you are not a UK resident and would like more information about how you can purchase our products in your country, please email us at support@hershesons.com.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We have taken great care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices quoted are accurate. We will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the products or its price as advertised on this website. Please be aware that the packaging may vary from that shown, the weights and dimensions are approximate only and colours may vary due to monitor settings. All items are subject to availability.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order will be (i) the price of the products ordered, (ii) VAT at the current rate and (iii) delivery charges as set out in the delivery options section of this website.

Payment can be made by: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Solo, JCB, Maestro, Amex. Payment will be debited when your order is dispatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product if the card issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not authorise the payment. We retain the legal ownership until full payment has been received and title will transfer back to us if we refund you. Risk in the products transfers to you on delivery.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Our acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the product(s) ordered. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. If you require any information regarding an order please email support@hershesons.com. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

DELIVERY

We will deliver the product in accordance with the delivery option selected by you and in any case no later than 30 days. Please view our delivery options for full details. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

SHIPPING ABROAD POLICY

We offer an international shipping service to selected countries outside the UK. If your country does not appear on the list you can request delivery prices by emailing support@hershesons.com. All abroad orders will be sent by Royal Mail and cannot be tracked for the whole duration of the shipping, however a signature on delivery will be required. If you would like to request a separate courier service please email support@hershesons.com to obtain a quote. For select countries outside the EU, delivery charges will reflect any custom delays and costs occurred.

For orders placed abroad we may request additional ID or Proof of address and you will be contacted by email if required and any details requested for will be kept safe and secure. Any exchanges or returns for orders abroad can be processed at your own cost.

Higher charges apply depending on the delivery destination. All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.

SHIPPING POLICY

After all orders are made an email confirmation will be sent to you. Before orders are processed on delivery our Merchant Bank conducts security checks to verify all transactions made through our payment server- both the card details provided and the cardholders billing/card registered address. During this process if any checks are unsuccessful we are required to ask customers for a form of ID and verification of the card details provided before safely processing the order. To protect both our company and customers any orders requiring ID will still be debited from your account but pending until an email notification from support@hershesons.com has been acknowledge and relevant details provided to process the order.

INSPECTION

Please inspect the product on receipt and check that everything in the delivery note is included. Unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem and cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure, you will be deemed to have accepted the order and we shall be under no obligation to accept any rejection at a later date. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer you can cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hershesons makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, and except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable. To the fullest extent permissible Hershesons, its group companies, officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents exclude liability for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party, including but not limited to (i) loss of business, use, profit, anticipated profit, contracts, revenues, goodwill or anticipated savings; (ii) loss of data or use of data (iii) consequential, special, direct or indirect loss or damage; and loss or damages of any kind: incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of the website or off-website links; which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website, caused to computer equipment as a result of using this website, caused by access delays or interruptions to the website, computer viruses, system failure or any malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of our website, any inaccuracies or omissions or misleading, false or deceptive statements in the content; or, any events beyond Hershesons’ reasonable control.

The materials on our website are provided “as is” and Hershesons disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Links appearing on this website are for your convenience and information only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith. We can assign, sub-licence, sub-contract, delegate, share or part with any of our rights or obligations which arise under these terms and conditions to any third party without your prior written consent.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions and any documents expressly referred in them constitute the entire agreement between us and supersedes any previous agreement or arrangement between us relating to the subject matter of any contracts between us. We agree that we have not entered into any such contracts in reliance upon any statement, representation, covenant, warranty, undertaking or understanding (whether negligently or innocently made) of any person (whether party to this Agreement or not) except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause shall exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

CHANGES TO LEGAL NOTICES

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time and without notice and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

LAW, JURISDICTION AND LANGUAGE

This website, any content contained herein and any contracts entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with any such contact, contract or usage shall be the subject of the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

RETURNS

To return your item for a refund or exchange, please click here to arrange your return.

This must be done within 14 days of your order, and your item must be sent back in an unused condition and all original packaging. Please note, we do not cover the costs of returns postage.

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items that do not meet these requirements. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition for refund or exchange, the customer is required to cover the cost incurred of returning the item back to the customer.

Please note that items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged in-store. 

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you are a consumer you have the right to return faulty goods within a reasonable period of time. Where replacement of faulty goods in no longer possible due to, for example to non-continuance of the product, returned defective products shall be refunded in full including delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us.

WARRANTY

 

Our electrical items are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against any material defects in workmanship or materials.

You will need your original proof of purchase and any return charges are not covered.

This warranty is valid only if this product has been purchased from Hershesons in the UK. Where your electrical item has been purchased from a third-party distributor; in this instance, your consumer rights would lie with the point of sale.

The tool is not warranted against abuse, misuse and damage, or from daily use wear and tear beyond life expectancy of major componentry.

Irons and wands should last up to approximately 2500 hours. Please note that our electric styling tools are 220-240V with a 3 pin UK plug.

To claim on the warranty, please refer to the instructions contained in the packaging of your electrical item or e-mail our customer services team on support@hershesons.com for further details.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

PROMOTIONS & VOUCHER CODES

All kits, salon vouchers, Zhoosh, Almost Everything Cream and salon / blow dry bar appointments are excluded from all promotions / voucher codes unless otherwise specified. Only one promotional code or discount can be redeemed per order. All promotions are valid online only and are subject to product availability. Promotional codes are disabled during website sales.

Free delivery promotions are available to UK delivery addresses only unless stated otherwise.

If you have any issues with online voucher codes, please contact support@hershesons.com for assistance as soon as possible as we are not able to honour past promotions if contact is made after the promotion has expired.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are excluded from free delivery promotions.
