The Hair 4 Heroes campaign will run from 12th April 2021 – 30th September 2021. Hair For Heroes is not a registered charity. Hair 4 Heroes will comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
Nothing in this promotion shall give rise to an endorsement of any salons services taking part in the pledge “Hair 4 Heroes”.
Hershesons shall at all times have no responsibility or liability for hair services performed by any organisation or business other than its own.
Salon participants
By submitting information, images and documentation, Salon Participants agree to Hair 4 Heroes using this information for promotional purposes.All and any subsequent dealings between the Salon Participants and Hair 4 Heroes in response to the campaign are the responsibility of the Salon Participant and Hair 4 Heroes accepts no liability whatsoever therewith.
Hair 4 Heroes reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove any Salon Participants at any time without reason. Examples of Salon Participants that may be removed include, but are not limited to:
⟶ Those who engage in illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent activity
⟶ Those that advertise franchise, pyramid, network marketing or get-rich-quick schemes
LIABILITY
Hershesons accepts no liability for any services provided by 3rd party salons that are not connected to Hershesons or its group companies. It also makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, and except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable.
