Creating a Standout Beauty Space 

  • Maintain a pristine and inviting environment—our beauty spaces should always look top-tier.

  • Punctuality is key clocking in ensures accurate attendance records and smooth operations.
  • Stay innovative, creative, and bold in your approach to delivering incredible blow-dry experiences.

  • Communicate promptly with management if you're feeling unwell or running late.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

About You

  • Willingness to complete intensive training. 
  • Excellent communication and people skills, to make clients feel relaxed, special, and heard.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Highly organised, diligent, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
  • Creativity and expertise in blow dry styling and hair up trends.
  • A true team player who values respect and collaboration.
  • Confidence, patience, and stamina—you’ll be on your feet perfecting looks all day!
  • A natural at subtle sales techniques, helping clients enhance their style with our products.
