Can I sign up using my current Hershesons details?
Absolutely! In fact, if you’ve already got an account, we’ll automatically enrol you in the loyalty scheme. Downloading the app makes it super simple to check your points (HairMiles) and see what you can redeem them against.


Can I manage my MyHershesons account online?
Yes – simply sign in online to manage your account and see your HairMiles total. It’s even easier to do so when you download the app (for Apple or Android).

 

What if my personal details change?
No problem- just sign into your account on our website or via the app and you can update your details any time.

 

How can I check my HairMiles?
Tap the app to check your points anytime, anywhere.

 

Can I use the app if I’m an international customer?
Yes - the app is yours to collect points, no matter what country you’re in or from.

 

How do I earn HairMiles?
You get 1 HairMile for every £1 you spend in any of our salons – whether it be on products and/or services. We’ll automatically add your points to your account at check out.

 

How soon will my HairMiles be credited to my account after purchase?
HairMiles are allocated once the invoice is closed at the end of the day, so thanks for bearing with us if there’s a bit of a delay. Points can take up to 24 hours to become visible in your account.

 

Can I earn HairMiles if I use a gift voucher?
No, not at the moment. Hair Miles are just for specific products or services you buy in store. Don’t let us stop you treating someone special with a voucher, though.

 

When do myHair Miles expire?
Every Hair Mile you collect expires 12 months from the day they were awarded. So, spend them while you can!

 

How do I redeem rewards?
Head to MyHershesons Rewards and follow the links to book. At checkout after your service, your Hair Miles will be deducted.
