We are a tad bored of middle parts and so we are very pleased to see a much needed return to the side part – shown here at Jil Sander, Marc Jacobs, Bottega Veneta and Victoria Beckham – Luke created them in London at Daks and Michael van der Ham – a little more grown up we think with a touch of toughness

Luke nicknamed this look  "the plonkons" because he felt they really felt like a wig that had been literally plonked on the head – there was no attempt to cover up the fact this was a wig in its rawest form with a major salute to the punks of the early 80's in Kings Road
